1853 Three Cent Silver, FS-301, MS64
1853 3CS 18/18 MS64 NGC. FS-301. The 18 in the date is repunched north, evident above the base of the 1 and the top of the 8. Deeply toned in sea-green, orange-red, and slate-gray shades. No abrasions are detected. The Eric P. Newman specimen is the only example of this variety that NGC has certified (10/13).Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.(Registry values: N991)
