1854 3CS MS66 PCGS. CAC. The diminutive three cent silver design was modified in 1854, creating the so-called Type Two design that lacks a formal name. This Premium Gem exhibits prominent clash marks on both sides. The surfaces are frosty and lustrous beneath vibrant gold and iridescent toning. PCGS Population: 26 in 66 (9 in 66+), 5 finer (12/25).
