    Conditionally Rare Type Coin

    1854 3CS MS66 PCGS. A conditionally rare Premium Gem example of the debut Type Two silver three cent piece. This coin displays a razor-sharp strike from lightly clashed dies with vibrant, frosty mint luster in the fields. The obverse has gold and mottled russet toning, while the reverse displays similar hues with the addition of lavender and lilac. Population: 11 in 66, 2 finer (8/16).
