    1855 3CS MS64 PCGS. The scarcest issue of the short-lived Type Two design, being particularly elusive in Choice and better grades. The surfaces display just very light incipient color. Only minor softness is noted at the borders, but the overall sharpness of this piece is considerably above-average. Population: 45 in 64, 14 finer (10/07).(Registry values: N1793)
