    1860 3CS MS66 PCGS. CAC. Delicate clash marks appear on the obverse of this lovely Premium Gem. Both sides have delicate gold toning, lighter on the obverse, with frosty silver luster and exceptional design definition. Although the 1860 is a plentiful date in the series, high grade examples are rarely encountered. Population: 14 in 66 (1 in 66+), 0 finer (12/13).(Registry values: N1793)
