1861 3CS MS65 NGC. CAC. Generous swirling luster flashes at the correct angle to the light. Surfaces are generally light gray with touches of orange-gold near the rims. The reverse has a soft strike from clearly clashed dies.From The Zack Fluhr Collection.(Registry values: N991)
