1862 3CS MS66 PCGS. CAC. This colorful Premium Gem has satiny silver luster beneath deep rainbow toning on both sides. The central strike is weak, with soft shield definition on the obverse, and a flat III on the reverse. It is still a sensational coin with excellent eye appeal.
