1863 3CS MS65 NGC. The fields are deeply mirrored and shine powerfully through the rich gray, rose, and sea-green toning that covers each side. The design elements are boldly struck and scarce as such. The absence of clash marks suggests an early blow from the dies. Only 21,000 pieces were struck. Certified in an older generation holder.
