    1866 3CS MS65 PCGS. CAC. A better date, boasting a scant mintage of 22,000 pieces. This 1866 silver three cent is conditionally rare and beautifully preserved with ocean-blue and lavender toning over semiprooflike surfaces. The strike is razor-sharp on the shield, arrows, and olive leaves, while prominent clash marks appear in the fields. Population: 11 in 65, 22 finer (10/15).(Registry values: N1793)
