1867 3CS MS65 PCGS. A beautifully toned Gem, showing
reflective fields beneath shades of ocean-blue, green, gold, and
lavender, which is original proof set color. The strike is sharp,
and neither side has mentionable marks. The 1867 three cent silver
piece is rarely offered this fine. Population: 6 in 65, 7 finer
