1867 3CS MS65 PCGS. The surfaces are brightly lustrous and shine through the interesting color seen on both obverse and reverse. The centers are almost brilliant, then golden color is seen, to be finally surrounded by deep blue at the margins. Only 4,000 business strikes were produced and few are known in Gem and better grades. Population: 3 in 65, 2 finer (7/10).(Registry values: N2998)
