    Description

1853 3CS MS65 PCGS. Even for a Gem, this is an impressive high-end example of this early three cent silver issue. The design elements are well struck, with just a couple of the reverse stars showing any incompleteness, and relatively mild clash marks appear on each side. Surface blemishes are nonexistent.
