1863 3CS PR66 PCGS Secure. This is a sharp Premium Gem
proof, struck from fresh dies that do not show excessive polishing
in the design recesses. Both sides have vivid cobalt-blue,
turquoise, and lavender toning, which allows appreciable cameo
contrast on the obverse. An outstanding coin with great eye appeal.
