First-Year-Of-Issue 1854 Three Dollar, MS62
1854 $3 MS62 NGC. The first year of issue for the three dollar gold series. This MS62 specimen displays lustrous brassy-gold surfaces tinted with hints of light tan, and the design elements are well impressed throughout. Light grease streaks are visible in the right obverse, and both sides are clashmarked. A few wispy obverse marks are noted.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25M3, PCGS# 7969, GSID# 8627)
