Pleasing Choice AU 1854-O Three Dollar
1854-O $3 AU55 NGC. The 1854-O three dollar had a diminutive mintage of just 24,000 pieces, and examples are seldom seen in Mint State. Traces of rose-red in the margins mix with yellow-gold patina over the rest of the surfaces. Numerous abrasions are consistent with the grade, but none merit specific mention.
