1854-O $3 --Obverse Scratched--NCS. XF Details. This yellow-gold example appears to be lightly cleaned, and the left obverse field has a couple of thin marks that hardly seem worthy of a "Scratched" designation. The sole New Orleans issue of the series, and thus requisite for an O-mint type set.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25M5, PCGS# 7971, GSID# 8662)
