1856 $3 MS63 NGC. Luster shimmers over smooth surfaces. A good strike with minor incompleteness on the hair curls and the O in DOLLARS. A few faint field grazes account for the Select grade. Very scarce in Mint State relative to lower mintage issues from late in the series.
