1864 $3 XF Details, Improperly Cleaned, NCS. Although the highpoints of Liberty's hair and her forehead have moderate rub, luster outlines the legends and devices. Subdued but not obtrusively hairlined. Only 2,680 pieces were struck, which includes 50 proofs.
