1866 $3 MS62 PCGS. A major rarity struck just after the end of the Civil War, during a time when precious metals coins were rarely seen in circulation, due to war time hoarding. This piece, housed in a green label PCGS holder, has exceptional light yellow luster with frosty mint brilliance. Only a few trivial abrasions are evident.
