1878 $3 MS62 PCGS. A charming canary-gold type coin with coruscating luster and an absence of relevant abrasions. Well struck save for the knot of the wreath bow. The 8s are lightly repunched within the upper loops, and minor die doubling is noted on the right-side cotton leaves.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25MZ, PCGS# 8000, GSID# 8649)
