1878 $3 MS64 PCGS. CAC. The eye appeal is extraordinary on this near-Gem coin, which boasts satiny greenish-gold surfaces tinged with orange-gold at the marginal interstices. Few abrasions appear on either side, save for a single hair-thin straight-line one behind the headdress.
