1878 $3 MS65 NGC. Frosty luster and powerful design features are hallmarks of this remarkable three dollar gold piece. Both sides have brilliant yellow luster with trivial marks that are only visible upon close inspection. The 1878 is the most plentiful three dollar gold piece, and it is often chosen for type collections for that reason. This piece has remarkable eye appeal and will be a splendid addition to any collection.
