1885 Three Dollar, MS63 Prooflike
Only 801 Pieces Struck
1885 $3 MS63 Prooflike ANACS. A scant mintage of only 801
coins makes the 1885 a highly sought-after date in the series, even
though enough examples were preserved at the time of issue to make
the coins collectible today. This Select Prooflike example displays
a sharp strike and deeply mirrored fields, with appreciable
contrast on each side. Some light marks are not bothersome. Housed
