1888 $3 AU58 PCGS. A honey-gold near-Mint representative that has ample mint shimmer and little indication of wear. The left obverse field has a single thin vertical mark. Just 5,000 pieces were struck, although well connected dealers set aside a number of examples near the time of issue. UNITED is die doubled.
