    1874-CC Trade Dollar, MS61
    Scarce in Mint State

    1874-CC T$1 MS61 NGC. Ex: Jules Reiver Collection. Micro CC. Period after FINE. The reverse die is distinguished by a bold die scratch through the upper portion of the D in DOLLAR. This sharply struck example shows the obverse lightly toned in peripheral gold and lilac colors. The mint luster is vibrant, and the marks are minor and inoffensive. A more challenging issue in Mint State, and always subject to strong demand from Carson City collectors.
