Description
1875-S/CC T$1 FS-501 MS61 NGC. A late die state with a prominent crack through the tops of MERICA and beyond. Remnants of the first C and much of the second C are visible to the left and right of the Large S mintmark. Adequately struck with frosty silver mint luster and a trace of gold toning along the left obverse border. Census for both S/CC varieties: 9 in 61, 15 finer (12/19).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2536, Variety PCGS# 145813, Base PCGS# 7040, Greysheet# 351913)
