Near-Gem 1875-S Trade Dollar
1875-S T$1 MS64 NGC. Type One Reverse. Large S. Although the reverse is nearly brilliant, the obverse features rich tobacco-brown and forest-green toning with the deepest shades near the rim. Well preserved except for minor marks beneath the elbow of Liberty's extended arm. Her head and the eagle's right (facing) claw are incompletely brought up, but the overall strike is good.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2536, PCGS# 7039, GSID# 7369)
