Popular 1875-S Trade Dollar, MS64
1875-S T$1 MS64 PCGS. CAC. Type One Reverse. Pleasing luster emanates from both sides of this near-Gem, and a well directed strike imparts sharp delineation to the design elements save for weakness in Liberty's hair and the adjacent stars. Violet-blue and gold patina embraces each face, both of which show light roller marks. The '75-S is readily available in the lower Mint State grades (MS60 to MS63). Near-Gems are scarce and higher-grade coins are rare.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2536, PCGS# 7039, GSID# 7369)
