1875 Trade Dollar, MS63
Underrated Philadelphia Issue

1875 T$1 MS63 PCGS. CAC. Type Two Reverse. The 1875 Philadelphia Trade dollar lacks the popular mintmark of its Carson City cousin but is nonetheless scarcer, as it has a much lower mintage. Dusky chestnut-gold and silver-blue toning embraces lustrous and lightly marked surfaces. The strike is good though inexact on the curls and right (facing) claw. Population: 13 in 63, 22 finer (6/13).(Registry values: N2998)
