FS-801, Doubled Die Reverse

1876-CC T$1 Doubled Die Reverse, FS-801, Coxe-1, MS60 ANACS. Type One Obverse and Reverse. Large CC. The reverse is die doubled with a wide spread, especially evident on the right (facing) wingtip and the branch below. The eagle's beak is also die doubled. This Mint State representative exhibits dappled forest-green and russet-brown toning, though much of the coin is stone-white. The strike is good, and the fields display distributed minor marks.
