Low-Mintage Issue
1876 T$1 Type One Obverse, Type One Reverse, MS65 NGC. Fully
defined, the surfaces are untoned and sparkle with mint brilliance.
The obverse field is semireflective, the reverse is satiny.
Exceptionally well-defined throughout; there are no obvious or
objectionable abrasions on either side of this lovely Gem type
coin. Scarcer than one might imagine in this grade. Census: 15 in
65, 6 finer (2/19).Ex: Denver Signature (Heritage, 8/2006), lot 3769, realized $6,900.
