1878-S T$1 MS65 NGC. Cartwheel luster dominates this sharply impressed Gem, which has smooth surfaces and medium tan toning. Many 1878-S Trade dollars were exported to the Orient, or melted following passage of the Bland-Allison Act. Gems are both rare and desirable.
