    1878 20C --Altered Surfaces--PR60 ANACS. The right obverse field displays horizontal hairlines, and the obverse also has a minutely granular appearance. AMERICA and the right edge of the eagle's right (facing) wing are outlined with dark ink. A scarce proof-only issue.(Registry values: N1793)
