1864 2C Large Motto MS65 Red PCGS. KF-L7-RPD. The attribution is per Kevin Flynn's handy reference Getting Your Two Cents Worth. The 1 and 4 in the date are lightly repunched south. Struck from medal-turn dies, perhaps due to an inexperienced crew at the Philadelphia Mint during the Civil War. Well struck and lustrous with peach-red and olive-gold color.
