1864 2C Large Motto MS65 Red PCGS. Yellow-gold dominates, although orange-red occupies much of the obverse periphery. Well struck with good luster and an absence of abrasions. A few minuscule flecks near STATES. Certified in a green label holder.From The Michael H. Williams Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
