Description
1864 2C Small Motto MS64 Red and Brown NGC. The surfaces are reddish-brown, and a bit brighter on the reverse. The design elements are nicely struck throughout. A few flecks and toning spots are scattered about, none of which are serious. Very scarce, the Small Motto is the key to the Two Cent series.From The Dr. Gary Hogg Collection.(#3580) (Registry values: N1793)
