1865 2C Plain 5, Doubled Die Obverse, MS66 Red and Brown NGC. The obverse wreath, arrow, shield, and TRUST are die doubled on the right side. This Premium Gem example is boldly struck and displays satiny copper-red and auburn-brown surfaces with soft luster. A few tiny specks do not detract. Census: 73 in 66 (2 in 66+) Red and Brown, 3 finer (4/16).Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 569398, Base PCGS# 38248)
