1865 2C Plain 5 MS65 Red PCGS. The top of the 18 is repunched north. Unlisted in Flynn or Cherrypickers'. A lustrous and boldly struck peach-red Gem. The surfaces are essentially unabraded, although a loupe reveals minor reverse flecks.Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 38249, Base PCGS# 3584, Greysheet# 213355)
