1866 2C MS66 Red PCGS. This magnificent 1866 two cent is one of the finest examples extant from an original mintage of 3.1 million coins. The obverse is light pumpkin-gold with razor-sharp detail on the olive leaves and shield. A touch of softness occurs on the reverse wreath. Blushes of deep color complement rose-gold color on that side. Housed in a first generation holder. Population: 13 in 66 Red, 0 finer (2/17).
