Elusive MS65 Red 1867 Two Cent
1867 2C MS65 Red PCGS. Orange-red consumes the obverse, as well as the reverse margin. The central reverse is steel-blue. Mintages of two cent pieces declined annually throughout the 10 years of the denomination. Housed in an old green label holder. Population: 20 in 65 Red, 0 finer (4/09).From The Michael H.
