Description

1868 2C MS65 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. The obverse has lovely mahogany patina with cherry-red accents around the perimeter, which contrasts nicely against the deep red reverse. There are virtually no marks on each side and just a couple of tiny blemishes. Encapsulated in a first generation PCGS holder. PCGS has certified only three Red and Brown examples finer (7/08).(Registry values: N991)
