Especially Scarce With Full Mint Luster

1869 2C MS65 Red PCGS. Rich orange luster has mellowed very little over the years, and now it is accented by slightly deeper color over the high points of the obverse. A few faint hairlines on the reverse keep this from a higher grade. Housed in a first-generation holder. Population: 27 in 65 (1 in 65+) Red, 3 finer (7/16).
