Tied Finest at PCGS, CAC Endorsed
1871 2C MS66 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. A speckling of
brownish-blue toning intensifies in areas to account for the Red
and Brown designation, although there is plenty of lustrous
mint-orange color that illuminates the Premium Gem surfaces.
Doubling is visible on the motto, especially at N of IN and W of
WE. Overall preservation is impeccable. This example is tied for
finest at PCGS, while CAC endorsement adds to the coin's resume.
