Description
"1801" Thomas Jefferson Indian Peace Medal, Julian-IP-3. Bronze, plain edge, 76 mm. 227 gm. XF sharpness with a small hole inside the rim at 12 o'clock, loop and faded ribbon attached. The surfaces are matte and display several small obverse pits. Struck from the 1886 replacement dies engraved by Charles Barber with finger pointing left of the F in FRIENDSHIP and period close to H in TH.Auction Info
