1852 Henry Clay Memorial Medal. White metal, 43.3 mm, 28.1 gm. Obverse: draped bust left. Reverse: angel bestows wreath on enormous headstone inscribed BORN / APR. 12 / 1777 / DIED / JUNE 29 / 1852. A well struck example with light obverse hairlines and a couple of areas of gray verdigris on the right reverse.Auction Info
