Republic gold & silver Proof Set 1969, KM-PS2, comprising KM8-17, the 2, 5, 10, 20, 25 and 30 Shillings, and gold denominations 50, 100, 500 and 1000 Shillings. Presented in the original box of issue with COA #3461. All the coins are choice cameo Proofs, struck to commemorate the visit of Pope Paul VI. The box is a bit worn on the outside, but the coins are pristine. A rare and highly impressive set. Combined AGW is 6.6 oz.Auction Info
