Republic gold 100 Bolivares 1889 MS63 NGC, Caracas mint, KM-Y34, Fr-2. Of decidedly scarce preservation for this 100 Bolivares issue, with only two examples across the entire PCGS and NGC censuses certifying at this level, including the present selection. Bright, lemon-gold surfaces reveal a combination of shimmering radiance and a clear cartwheel effect, only gentle ticks and wisps limiting the piece from an even finer technical designation. A bold strike completes the appeal, rendering the offering among the very best survivors of the issue.
