1917-D 50C Obverse MS63 NGC. This is a brief two-year type with the mintmark located on the obverse, just below WE TRUST. Later in 1917, it was moved to the reverse. This is a satiny Select uncirculated piece with slight notes of lavender and russet patina noted near the peripheries.
