Description

1917-S 50C Obverse MS64 PCGS. This scarce early Walker has a finish that is part-satiny, part-frosty, and the striking details are full for an early issue. Unlike most 1917-S Obverse halves, this piece does not show the usual number of small abrasions. Those few that are present are well concealed by the coarse-grain matte-like texture. Seldom found finer, this near-Gem represents an excellent opportunity for the astute collector.
