Pleasing 1917-S Reverse Half Dollar, MS63
1917-S 50C Reverse MS63 NGC. Speckles of gold-tan toning race over the highly lustrous surfaces of this Select half dollar. The strike is somewhat soft in the centers, as is typical for this issue, but the remaining design elements are boldly impressed. Close inspection reveals that the surfaces are quite clean for the designated grade. All in all, a very pleasing Reverse mintmark Walker.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24PU, PCGS# 6573, GSID# 6716)
